Minecraft not working on my PC here

I'm trying to log onto the server here, but I keep getting a message on the on my Minecraft launcher Connection Lost, Kicked whilst connecting to hub: Outdated client! Please use 1.13.2,!!!, so I change it to 1.13.2 and still not working for me here.

I don't know what to do here, 1.13.1 is working for me here, but when I go to the launcher and change it to 1.13.2 it's not working for me, I just keep getting this up on it !!!!!

It looks like you're running out of memory (RAM usage?) from some little research and reading the "Caused by" things.

Yep, I'm out of memory on my PC, I have done everything that I could think of to fix it, but with no luck
So I guest I will not be back on the server for abit
