Is this a common issue?  Using my bed makes the server think I'm flying for a tick or so, which obviously triggers the anti-hack.
Any ideas on fixing this?

have you tryed moving your bed perhaps its just the area that its in

I’d agree with ivory. It sounds like your bed is in an undesirable location.   I know for. I’m considered flying when I run/jump to much. Thankyou very much dodgy internet connection.
And if I sleep in my bed inside my house. When I wake up, it puts me outside. So yeah, beds are weird.
