Shop showing not linked?

So I went to the Shop rental site, since it is up now, and my shop spot is showing as not linked? I have linked my account. Help?

I have went to shops that say that they are not linked. But if someone's account isn't linked then how did they create the shop in the first place?

They created the shop before the website change and they have not been back on since to create a new account and relink.
