Frostlake Lodge Station was the third station on the Corgi North Line on the Survival 5 Corgi world on the Dogcraft Server. It was built by 20.png H_Di_Chemici over just a day in a big push to complete the Corgi Rail Network before the end of Survival 5.

About The Station

The station was initially looked out a the site for the awards ceremony of the Station Competition. The plan being a purpose build award area would be built there which would also serve as a station. Unfortunately these plans would be dropped due to the announcement of a server reset and the area would go unused. In a final push to get the Corgi Network finished in September 2023, it was found that a station would need to be built there to serve as a connection point for 20.png Mika_Panda's Train Station. As well as a connection for 20.png Maple39's branch line to his base.

Being pressed for time, H_Di_Chemici built and connected the station over a period of 24 hours. In this day a bit more than 3 hours was spent freehanding the stations design in survival. Another 2 hours was spent building the NTN connection and the floating bed platform in the sky (this makes it so snow can't fall there). After that the line connecting it to Ramon station was also built during an equal period together with: 20.png Xambaka and 20.png Cosm1c_Moonl1ght. The station itself blends in tastefully with the surrounding snowy taiga, and while smaller in scale, contains all the needed amenities a station should have. The main platform area contains to connections, one southwards to Ramon Station and another northwards to Snowy Slopes Station. The platform area is decorated with barrels and built primarily from dark oak.

The building itself is made from combinations of spruce and dark oak wood, with deepslate foundations and a snow block roof. The windows are decorated in a pattern resembling a snowflake. Inside there is several beds surrounding a fire and a small bar area with a rainbow sheep taking orders behind the counter. This interior was based on a cabin H_Di_Chemici once spent an afternoon during a vacation in the High Fens nature region in Belgium. The central fireplace is traditionally not placed in a corner but was the most important thing in the room and pulled people in sitting around it in high numbers. A NTN portal can be found out the back of the building down a small dirt path.
